WHAT IS SEMI PERMANENT MAKEUP?
You may have heard of semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) as micropigmentation or cosmetic tattooing. That’s what it is, essentially, but today’s new generation of SPMU gets better again. Semi-permanent makeup is a complexion treatment that can give you a ready-made-up look but is far more advanced and versatile.
Tiny amounts of pigment are gently injected into the most superficial (dermal) layers of your skin. We use a local anaesthetic, so you’ll hardly feel a thing. Results last around 3-4 years. Top-ups are advisable approximately every 18 months.
The outcome? Save hours each week not bothering with eyeliner, lip liner, lipstick or eyebrows and spend more time sleeping in, working out or playing with the cat.
