ONLINE STORE SHIPPING, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

• We offer flat rate shipping of $15.00 per online order for orders in Australia.

• We also offer in store pick up on selected days, for you to collect your order in person at our nearest Holly Garvey location.

• We use STANDARD Australia Post Service, and Holly Garvey is located in Western Australia, which means orders can take up-to 5-7 business days for delivery.

• If you have not received your purchase after 10 working days please contact us at makeup@hollygarvey.com so we can track your order.

• If you need to change your shipping details on your order, please email makeup@hollygarvey.com immediately. We are generally able to change your order unless it has already been shipped.

Refunds & Returns

  • We do not accept returns for accessories for change of mind. For hygienic reasons Jewellery can not be returned.

  • If you wish to return an item for a credit note or exchange, you must first notify us for approval via makeup@hollygarvey.com . Once your return has been approved, we will issue you with our return's address. Please note we do not offer refunds for any purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty. 

  • We don't offer refunds for change of mind, unsuitability or incorrect shade purchases. If the product is deemed faulty we can happily replace the product or offer a full refund.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
